LOADING AND UNLOADING OPERATIONS ON THE TERRITORY OF THE EXPOFORUM CONVENTION AND EXHIBITION COMPLEX

All transport and forwarding services and the performance of customs formalities and works related to these services on the territory of the EXPOFORUM congress and exhibition complex can only be carried out by Pan-BaltService LLC, a transport company accredited by the Organizer. The Exhibitor or his Forwarder shall be obliged not later than two months before the start of the exhibition to conclude a separate contract with LLC “Pan-BaltService” for the performance of the above works. ATTENTION! When placing large and heavy equipment on the stand, it is necessary to evenly distribute the load and prevent point accumulation of heavy objects or machines. In case of exceeding the allowable loads and unit weight of the exhibit, as well as if the exhibit is not sufficiently stable, requires special fastening and/or it is subject to increased safety requirements, the Exhibitor is obliged to inform the Directorate of the Forum about this in writing at the same time as submitting an application for participation with subsequent receipt permission to place the exhibit. For companies with large and heavy equipment, as well as self-builders of the stand, it is necessary to indicate in the Application for IMPORT / EXPORT OF EQUIPMENT TO THE EXHIBITION the dimensions (length / width / height) and weight (gross / net) of the imported equipment and materials.
